Nowadays we cannot take in homeless people into our house....he may be a criminal. Instead of donating cemetery land, instead we can buy land for the deceased. We cannot take in orphan unless we adopt the kid. We have to turn beggars away because there are many bogus ones around. And we cannot give money to them in public because it would encourage more bogus ones out to make easy money.
